Ultra-low pressure loss fluorine resin HEPA filter (BFML)

A fluororesin HEPA filter that achieves "about half the pressure loss of glass" and "comparable longevity to glass" through a special fiberization technology.

1. Coexistence of ultra-low pressure loss and long lifespan: By leveraging the ultra-low pressure loss of "about half that of glass," we have significantly improved the dust holding capacity (lifespan) to "on par with glass," addressing the common issue of insufficient dust holding capacity in ultra-low pressure loss PTFE filters. Additionally, the filter structure has been designed with an embossed shape for ultra-low pressure loss, making it effective for energy-saving in air conditioning systems, clean equipment, and other applications in electronics, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and food industries. 2. Boron-free: This product uses a fluororesin filter material with very few impurities, resulting in extremely low generation of impurities such as boron, which can be problematic in semiconductor manufacturing processes. 3. Acid resistance: By using chemically stable fluororesin filter materials, we can accommodate the use in acidic environments through options for materials such as frames.

1. Coexistence of Ultra-Low Pressure Loss and Long Lifespan Addresses the issue of insufficient dust holding capacity (lifespan) in ultra-low pressure loss PTFE filters. The filter structure can be selected from pleated type and further ultra-low pressure loss embossed type. It is effective for energy saving in air conditioning systems and clean equipment in factories such as medical facilities, electronics and semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, and food industries. 2. Boron-Free By using fluororesin filter materials, the risk of impurities that can cause problems in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as boron, is minimized. 3. Acid Resistance Uses chemically stable fluororesin filter materials.
